Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you no longer want an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Lighting Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, lighting products that have been installed, wired, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
We recommend inspecting all items before installation.

Refunds
